In Delfino Plaza: the two bells have graffiti, the Bianco Hills portal is present, and the Shine Gate's Shine Sprite is spawned with the Shine monument faced away from its default position.

There are actually two different versions of Isle Delfino's map here: the first one, seen when the characters are looking at the big monitor, seems to be a slightly modified version of the Spaceworld 2001 version of the map, also seen on a poster in Hotel Delfino.

The second map, shown when the camera zooms in on the screen, seems to be based on Koizumi's handmade sculpt of Isle Delfino, though this version lacks the bridge to Pinna Park and also lacks a small island near Pinna Park that was in the original sculpt.

In the Super Mario 3D All-Stars version of Sunshine, when Isle Delfino first appears on the big monitor the bridge to Pinna Park is cut off, making it look as if its island is actually part of the main island, which is even less accurate to the final game than the original version was.
